After losing his home to foreclosure and not knowing where his family's next meal would come from, my friend Steve had hit rock bottom. These were desperate times and he was scared. Thankfully he had friends and family to help him out but many don't and find themselves in shelters, or worse, out on the streets. This is unacceptable and I wanted to write this article to try and help as many people realize that you can still make money in this bad economy but you have to know where to look.
I hate what the world's governments and financial institutions have done to the people who just want to work hard and take care of their families. The unemployment rate is nearing 10% here in the US and spending is on an astronomical pace under our new administration... yet people are losing their homes, Volkswagen squareback there savings and their hope each and every day. And most have no idea what to do about it. Perhaps I can offer this advice.
One place the bad economy has not had a devastating effect on is the Internet. People are going online like never before looking for information on all kinds of things that will help them either save money or keep the money they already have. These people would rather spend $27 to learn how to fix something in their home that they would have paid hundreds of dollars to have repaired before the economy collapsed.
And you can earn a living by helping people find these "how to" informational products. Anything you could possibly think of in the how to market has a book, video, or audio program to address the need and you can sign up as an affiliate to sell these products in exchange for a commission... a very high commission in fact!
If someone wanted to know how to retile their bathroom to increase the value of their home they could buy an eBook or video on how to go about doing it. It would be your job to point these people to the best product for the job. If they buy the product it is delivered digitally straight to their computer and you make money. A digital product costs basically nothing to produce and deliver so the owners can pay as much as 75% of the money collected to you just for sending interested folks their way... isn't that amazing?
Seems like a pretty awesome way to make money in this bad economy, don't you think? Steve sure did and I can tell you it is quite a relief to have him and his family off my couch and back on their feet!
